The local area & around West Cornwall - great walks, beaches & gardens.
You don't have to venture far from the B&B to take advantage of what Cornwall has to offer. Within 2 miles are the National Trust's Trelissick Gardens, and just beyond is the King Harry Ferry which will take you across the River Fal. From the other side of the river you can head onwards and explore the Roseland Peninsula & St Mawes.
Just outside Feock is Loe Beach where there is a small watersports centre offering sailing tuition, canoe hire etc, and a cafe..
Truro & Falmouth both offer a selection of restaurants and good shopping (by Cornish standards!) and there are plenty of beaches nearby for surfing or building sandcastles!
The Eden project is easily reached and there are plenty of gardens nearby.
